Return Policy/Shipping

We have a NO REFUND/ NO RETURN POLICY on all our virgin human hair products. Returns are only accepted through direct sales with one of our Sales Reps at our prefer location within 3 business days for an EXCHANGE ONLY! Hair must be in its original condition, it can not be altered at all. Hair tags must be attached and not removed. Any changes to the color of the hair or damage to the  packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping- We ship priority USPS 3-7 business days, we require a signature confirmation on all product delivery, please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping charge in the United States is $10.00 outside the United States shipping cost is $25 and up. We offer shipping worldwide, International ship time 7-14 business days. Please email us only if you didn't receive a tracking number and or didn't receive your package when schedule.
